The gloves
Do they really work with my phone?
Yes. The fingertips have conductive fibers, so you can text, scroll and take calls with your gloves on.
Are they waterproof?
They're water-resistant. The shell handles snow and splashes, but they aren't made to be soaked or held underwater.
How warm are they?
They're built for everyday winter cold, around 20 to 32°F. Think the commute, the dog walk and shoveling the driveway.
How do the sizes run?
They run a little snug. Check the size guide on the product page, and if you're between sizes, size up.

Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as yours is on the way.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive 7 to 12 business days after they ship. Standard shipping is free on every order. See our shipping policy for more.
Returns
Can I return them?
Yes. Every order comes with a 30-day guarantee, and if yours don't fit we'll swap them for another size. Our refund policy has the details and how to start a return.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and check your return. Your bank may take a few more days to post the refund.
