Processing

Orders ship within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship within 48 hours of the next business day. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Shipping

Standard USPS Mail: free on every order. Most orders arrive 7 to 12 business days after they ship.

Every order includes tracking. We currently ship within the United States only.

Ordering a gift?

Order early so it arrives in time, especially during the holidays.

Tracking

Tracking can take 2 to 5 business days to start updating after your order ships.

Delays

Weather and the holiday rush can slow things down. If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after it shipped, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you. If it arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, as explained in our refund policy.
