Every KOLDEN order comes with a 30-day guarantee. If something isn't right, we'll help you make it right.

How the 30-day guarantee works

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return or exchange.
Items should be clean and undamaged, with their tags and packaging if you still have them.
Trying them on at home is fine.

Wrong size

Sizing can be tricky online. If yours don't fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll swap them for another size. In most cases we'll ask you to mail the original pair back first, and we'll ship the new size once the exchange is approved. Check the size guide on the product page so the new pair fits.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and a short note about what's wrong. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send it to. Please wait for our reply before you mail anything, since returns sent without instructions can't be processed.

Refunds

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and check your return.
Original shipping fees aren't refundable.

Your bank may take a few more days to post the refund.

Refunds are based on what you actually paid. If you send back everything from a bundle, you get back what you paid for it. If you return the paid pair and keep the free one, the pair you keep is charged at full price, and that amount comes out of your refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, has a defect, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund you, and you won't pay for return shipping.

Items we can't take back

Items that have been worn outside, washed, or damaged through use
Requests sent more than 30 days after delivery
Gift cards

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items need to be in the same condition you received them.
